So, I'm back up at school. I'm living in an apartment complex south of campus. My roommates, Lindsey and Audra, seem to be pretty nice. My ward is getting better. I was a bit unimpressed at first but I'm making friends. So far I've had plans every night this week, so that's nice. I'm going to go out with friends from freshman year in a little bit. There is a guy, Adam, from Upper Hutt, New Zealand in my ward. It was great to finally meet a Kiwi that actually lived within my mission boundaries (most of them in the States are from Hamilton or Auckland... not as much fun). It's been fun chatting with him about New Zealand and the differences between there and the States.
School is all right. It's going to be a difficult term. I just finished reading 90 pages for psychology and I've already got plenty on my plate for Research and Analysis. I guess I'm glad I'm getting these classes out of the way. I officially changed my emphasis yesterday. I'm now a Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Major. I was talking with one of the TR professors yesterday and he felt that I could use my service hours on my mission (working in the rest home and boy's home) for my 199 internship. That could be nice, but I have to admit, I'd feel a bit weird using my missionary service as a way to get academic gain.
Well, that's all for now. Hopefully, I'll get better at this whole blogging thing.
